Bring out your inner rock Goddess and indulge on the darker, sexier side of burlesque.
Taking inspiration from music by the some of the greats, like Metallica, Heart, Siouxsie and the Banshee, Nine Inch Nails and Foo Fighters, for example, we will look at the art of the tease and incorporate floor work and some classic bump and grind moves but with an edgier twist.
This class is about letting go and feeling free.
We will focus on body positivity and confidence and how to unleash that goddess within.
Expect hair whipping, sensual body movements and a lot of fun.
Please wear comfortable clothing but bring with you a costume of sorts to change into (a dress, bodysuit, corset, heels if you are comfortable in them) and please bring a pair of gloves, preferably satin/Lycra/lace longer length.
Suitable for all levels of ability.
