Open to beginners and non-beginners alike, this supportive and dynamic workshop will give you the opportunity to develop an awareness of how to use the body freely and learn how your body can be an instrument of creativity and expression.
This is not a dance workshop but an exploration of the means by which the actor uses the body, breath and voice to express the character and to create atmosphere.
You will learn techniques from viewpoints and Jacques Lecoq, and you will leave with an exchanged understanding your body's expressive potential.
