This Mindful Mums To Be course is suitable at any stage of pregnancy and encourages you to take time for yourself and breath away stress by following the principles of mindfulness.
Each lesson will introduce you to tools to help you feel calm and relaxed during pregnancy. As you are relaxing you will be releasing endorphins into your bloodstream so your baby will enjoy these too.
It's also a great introduction to Baby Mindful course, which continue your mindful journey into parenthood.
This course is not intended to replace antenatal/medical support but are simply to offer a quiet space for mums-to-be to unwind and discover the benefits of being mindful during pregnancy and beyond.
About the Tutor
Jennifer Murray is a qualified teacher, holistic tutor and a qualified children's mindfulness and meditation coach. She has over 30 years’ experience working with children, teenagers and parents in both formal and informal settings.

Jennifer has experienced first hand the benefits of mindfulness from her own personal practice over the past 8 years.
Having completed a Diploma in Mindfulness for Children along with training in Connected Kids, Relax Kids, Mini Me Yoga, Baby Mindful and Story Massage her vision is to be able to have a positive impact on the wellbeing of as many babies, children, teens and families possible through her Baby Mindful, Mindful Mum's to be and Brain Break courses.
