L'Arte Parlante

A fascinating virtual journey to visit five Italian artists of 20th century - Amedeo Modigliani, Giorgio De Chirico, Gino Severini, Antonio Ligabue and Renato Guttuso - and five of their masterpieces.

Each digital chapter will include 8 sections with text, videos and digital activities to introduce the topic, explore the artist's life and world, analyse the painting, expand relevant vocab, share some curious facts, and invite you to write a dialogue (or a monologue in one case!) for the characters in the painting.

This pre-recorded course is recommended for students at the end of Lower-Intermediate, Intermediate and is also beneficial for Upper-Intermediate students who want to revise and consolidate their Italian. Each digital activity is introduced, explained and corrected.

Participants can request pdf'ed contents. All the resources are in Italian.
