This workshop, for beginners, will introduce you to Alexander’s principles through a mixture of practical experiments, spoken word and sensitive hands on guidance.
You will leave with an experience of how it feels to move and breathe with less effort and compression of your body.
You will have discovered some practical awareness activities that you can use to decompress yourself every day. Alexander Technique has been proven to give long term benefits to people with chronic lower back pain(British Medical Journal 2008).
This workshop is limited to six participants who will be entitled to a half price individual session at my practice in Drumbeg.
