This 11-week course takes a deeper dive into experiencing and expressing aspects of your creativity through abstract art making.
This course combines elements of meditation, journey work, and wellbeing, with mark-making to provide space for exploring new ways of making.
It will assist in enabling you to make art that is deeply personal to you, to loosen up in how you approach making art and to express yourself in new and fun ways that resonate with how you experience the world around you.
No experience is necessary however you will be practising different meditation techniques so if you are not familiar with meditation then our beginner's course, Tapping into your creativity through abstract art is advised as a precursor.
