Foundation Sign Language

This Foundation Course is designed for those who have completed the Introduction Sign Language course at The Crescent and want to upgrade their Sign Language skills to a good level of communication.

This course is taught by a a Deaf Signer using British Sign Language.  

About the Tutor

John is a qualified Sign Language tutor covering British Sign Language and Irish Sign Language teaching courses. He underwent training at the University of Durham, completing British Sign Language Tutors Training Course and gained a CIPD course certificate.

John has worked with one of the main Examination Boards dealing with Communication Skills and Training Deaf Tutors has also worked for over 23 years with the RNID now known as Action On Hearing Loss
