Embroidery: Beginners

This course is for those who would like to learn some simple Embroidery stitches.

During this course you will first learn and practice the stitches and then complete an embroidered picture to frame or make into a cushion.

You will be encouraged to be creative and design your final piece.

All materials will be provided but please bring some small scissors to class.

Some basic sewing skills are required.

About the Tutor

Linda has worked in the Antiques/Interior Decoration trade for over 30 years.

As a self taught Decorative Artist she has worked in homes throughout the UK, including some superior hotels.

She has a City & Guilds in Floristry and loves to grow her own flowers.

A life long love of sewing, patchwork and cross stitch has enabled her to gain excellent experience over the years.

She really enjoys teaching, sharing her knowledge and hopefully inspiring others to get creative.
