This course of classes is aimed at those who have taken the Beginners Digital Photography course or understand Aperture, Shutter speed and ISO and are familiar with how to take pictures with the basic
functions of their camera and interested in improving the quality of your pictures by better understanding the technical and creative skills needed to produce beautiful pictures.
The course will give a high-level summary of different types of photography like Landscapes, Portrait, Sports, Wildlife, Street, Slow Shutter, Food and Fashion Photography.
Each lesson will consist of an overview of the style of photography followed up by practical exercises during class to improve, advice on how to practice in your own time and recommendations for
equipment to help you get better results in each style.
As the course will be practical in nature, you will need a camera with the ability to change between Programme, Aperture, Shutter and Manual mode, like a DSLR, bridge or mirrorless camera. Bring your “can do” attitude and a desire to improve as each week as we learn and practice together. Lessons will be tailored to the skill level and needs of the group, but above all, they will be entertaining, thought-provoking and fun.
