In this workshop we use creative writing and guided visualizations to explore how the mind becomes stressed, the effects of stress on the body, and how to release stress effectively.

We explore the connection between writing and mindfulness and look at ways to live more in the present moment.

By the end of the workshop you will have the tools to help you deal with the common stresses of life more effectively.
