This course uses basic ballet technique to sculpt and tone the body.
You will work hard but hopefully feel a sense of achievement after each class. Upbeat music is used as a soundtrack to keep us going.
All you need to bring to class is water and you may wish to bring an exercise mat for floor exercises.
No previous ballet experience is required but be prepared to sweat your way to a firmer and more flexible body!
