Baby Mindful uses popular nursery rhymes to explore mindful movement, play, stretching, baby touch, breathing, affirmations and relaxation.
With each step taken throughout the lesson, you will promote deeper relaxation for you and your baby.

About the Tutor
Jennifer Murray is a qualified teacher, holistic tutor and a qualified children's mindfulness and meditation coach. She has over 30 years’ experience working with children, teenagers and parents in both formal and informal settings.

Jennifer has experienced first hand the benefits of mindfulness from her own personal practice over the past 8 years.
Having completed a Diploma in Mindfulness for Children along with training in Connected Kids, Relax Kids, Mini Me Yoga, Baby Mindful and Story Massage her vision is to be able to have a positive impact on the wellbeing of as many babies, children, teens and families possible through her Baby Mindful, Mindful Mum's to be and Brain Break courses.
